MAF
went back for MAF. was shocked by the quality of work done by this batch of councillors. the fire part of the light up was.. alrite la. then the big lantern in the middle was juz a big yellow ball that wasn't even round n did not even lightup! everyone was waiting for smthg to happen when they shone the spotlites on the ball n the music was in crescendo. then zilch! the music juz died. gee... they treated us like fools loh. hmmph! n the huang cheng backdrop was a cloth!!!! gee.... rather disappointing.
but oh well... it was nice to see familiar faces again. pple i used to see everyday in sch 2 yrs ago. but then again, there wasn't anything i really wanted to say to them. juz acquaintances... juz pple u know but dun really care for.
seeing my classmates was great tho! ppl like alvin n watson... wahz, so long nv see them liaoz. heeheez~ but still largely the same. =)
participated in the mass dance w feng. was q a disaster coz i forgot all the steps n he doesn't even know the dances. but still, it was fun. =) actually am quite ashamed of myself, coz i used to take pride in knowing every single step of all the dances.... but 2 years is quite a long time - definitely long enough to forget dance steps.
they say its the last MAF held by/in hwa chong junior college. nxt yr, it'll be hwa chong institute. but seriously, do i care?? no. its the memories i have n treasure that matters. its the hwachong spirit that matters, not the name.
