christmas party @ my place =)

invited a couple of frens to my place for a simple gathering. bought a new cd full of christmas carols for the occastion. haha! it was such a last min decision... i was happy that almost everyone could turn up - xiayi, yuhan, yushan, watson, darling, deedee n feng.

i picked the girls up ard 4pm n we went grocery shopping at thomson plaza. got some fruits n veg for the salad that we were gonna prepare. n of coz, darling's cake. =)

deedee arrived in the midst of our salad making bringing a whole apple strudel. gosh. we really had loads to eat - fruit salad, veg salad, 2 pizzas, lasagne, gigantic fish balls, cake, brownies, icecream, strudel. n watson brought homemade sausage pastries! yumyum!

it was great fun sitting by my new water feature eating the fruit salad with our hands, sitting round the table in the porch chatting n enjoying dinner, surprising darling with his birthday cake, then eating dessert, n finally taking pictures b4 they left...... it was certainly a simple n nice get-together which i thoroughly enjoyed. =) it made this christmas merry, special n memorable.
