i'm a salesgirl
first day at work today. kaoz... my feet are so so so aching. my legs were already breaking by ard 8pm. till now, after a seated-down shower, it is still aching. sighz. no wonder some salesgirls are always so grumpy n impolite.
dun understand some pple. there was this auntie who wanted to get a pendant. it was $14. she kept asking for a discount, but i explained to her that we are merely workers, dun haf authority to give discount. but she haggered non stop for like 20min, even till the moment when she gave me $15 n i gave her a dollar change, she was still expecting a $2 change. haiz.... why make life difficult for everyone?
we reached our target 800bucks a little after 9pm, n after that, the motivation to serve reduced to near zero. anyway, its not that bad a job lah, esp since i'm selling stuff i like.
oh rite, to all reading this: i work at VARVARA (push cart near Mcdonalds) @ Bugis Junction. come visit me tmr or this sat okay? =)
