the last supper
tonite was my last supper with deedee b4 he leaves for cambridge. darling, me n deedee met at icekimo - a icecream (homemade) cafe juz outside my place, which is really not bad! their scoops are huge n reasonably priced.
i arrived alil late coz i spent abt 5min more tying my hair into a french plait - which i juz learnt how to yest nite. haha, but deedee said it wasn't v nice considering the time spent making him wait. haha! okie my fault. at least i didn't spend more time bothering to apply makeup.
abstract of conversation:
darling - viewing photos taken at deedee's party n saw a female exclassmate in a sleeveless top, "eh, so-n-so's arms have become fatter."
deedee - takes the photo over, "izzit? yah abit..."
me: where got?? no lah.
deedee - takes my photo n said, "izzant her's worse?"
darling - looks at my photo, "no lah, she's always been lydat."
deedee: haha, at least u maintain lah, not bad.
they always like to insult me... but its okie lah, i know they like me for who i am anyhow. hehe.
we talked abt alotta things - torts (wat darling is studying now), life in smu, not-so-nice fellow sg gg cambridge, why underwear n socks shouldn't be dumped into the washing machine together but they still think its ok, how costly bras are n how deedee prob wont haf such sessions over there. he even recorded a video of me doing my 1-5 poses.
ahhhh... sigh. am really gonna miss him. walked them to the bus stop n we both almost cried when darling n i took turns to shake his hand b4 he got up the bus. really wld haf hugged him if i am single. he's really such a dear fren whos always kind n caring n who shares soo many memories with me ever since hc days.
its okie, i'm confident that we will not fail to keep in touch. n as he said, b4 i know it, he'll be back again. =) all the best deedee! do take care.
