smu in the city
one of the good things being in the city is really its accessibility. i take abt 25min to get home by bus n the mrt is juz 5min away. shopping u say? haiz... cant lah, most pple juz camp in the lib or gsr to mug/do proj/assignments - me included.
the concourse, ie the underground linkway between the various buildings are getting more happening. there's 2 banks, a kopitiam, a killiney, a cosmetics shop, an optical shop, and opening soon a bigger 7-eleven n bookshop. but wat i like most is that there's a singapore art trail right in our campus! =) am soo close to the arts now.
there was this artwork where the artist merely stitched alot of bras together and hung them up. hahahah! cant remember the title, but i think its along the line of 'sexpot' or smthg lydat. quite dumb.
am more conscious n careful walking ard today. seriously hope that yest's disaster will nv happen again. trying to comfort myself that falling down is part of life and everyone has their bad days. haha! as darling said, nobody will remember. probably only i.
