wat mockery! at my expense *grr*
i was mocked at!!!!........ or at least i felt that way.....
sch of econs only has 2 lifts to carry manymany students to the 4th n 5th floors. so anyway, i was the last one to squeeze into one after our break in btw labor econs' lesson. i went in after a fren who's really very skinny/slender/slim. i was like, "can squeeze hor?" n she replied, "can lah". the majority of the other pple who were oredi in the lift were fellow classmates returning to class. n among them, was a fren (hmm... not really a fren lah, coz i merely juz did a proj with her b4, so she's more like a acquaintance) who smiled at us and said, "wah, angela so slim ah..." and like of coz the
entire lift could hear her comment. GOOD GOSH, she was mocking me lah! anyone who has eyes can see that i'm
SO NOT slim can.... like wat the hell. but i had no choice but to say smiling, "no lah, J is the slim one"...... n J unexpectedly carried on to say, "angela slim la". like wat the *! can this whole weird thing stop?! we're in a crowded lift disccusing abt my weight. GOSH. could see that some guys were oredi trying to refrain from grinning too widely. AHHHHHHHHHH
thankfully, we arrived at the 4th level n there were some who wanted to get out. so i had to step out to make way and there was NO MORE conversation in lift to the 5th floor.
seriously...................... weight and anything personal is such a taboo in crowded enclosed areas.
