Anyone can go to heaven, just be GOOD!"
have you seen this car decal?? i was very disturbed when i saw it today, simply because its a wrong message.
i guess i'm in no position to criticise what others believe in.... but if we do think about it, what constitutes "good"? who defines "good"? is the definition left to mere man?
can it be left to mere man? everyone will have a differing opinion. who will be the judge? there has to be a higher being!.. how good is good enough for heaven?
i believe that nothing can be good enough to be good for heaven since to begin with, man is already bad. Not by our own works, but by His grace, by His sacrificial love, by the cleansing of His blood. Only because of Jesus, are we able to go to heaven; Only because of Jesus, are we able to live.
I challenge you to know the true meaning of Christmas this Christmas.
